The Cornell Real Estate Council is the largest alumni real estate organization. Total membership is now over two thousand worldwide. The Council strongly supports the university’s Baker Program in Real Estate.
Members of the Council serve the university as a source of expertise in many areas of interest such as investment advice for endowment, planning and property development, and student housing. They also participate in symposia, deliver lectures, meet with students to offer industry perspectives and case studies, and serve as a job network for summer and permanent positions.
The Baker Program in Real Estate and the Cornell Real Estate Council (CREC) periodically hosts events in major cities throughout the United States to reconnect Council members and bring real estate issues and themes to light in a lively reception formal.
On the second Tuesday of each month, the Cornell Real Estate Council will host luncheons throughout Philadelphia on a topic relevant to commercial real estate.
